Cancellation Policy

At SMA Studio, we understand that sometimes plans may need to be changed, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. There is no fee for cancellations made within this timeframe. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 25% of the booking value. We believe that this is a fair and transparent way to manage cancellations and ensure that we can continue to operate efficiently. We also understand that you may have questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy or any other aspect of our service.
